Q. Who is Connecticut Supernatural Investigators (CSI)?
A. We are a non-profit paranormal research team based in the state of Connecticut, USA
 
Q. How does your team research the paranormal?
A. CSI bases our investigations with a scientific eye using some of the most current technology.
 
Q. How much do you charge to investigate?
A. Nothing, Zero.
 
Q. Where do you investigate?
A. Our home area is New England but we will investigate worldwide if needed. If someone needs us we want to help.
 
Q. What makes CSI better than other groups?
A. We are not better than other groups. No one group is better than another. We see positives and  negatives in every team out there (even the big TV shows) and adjust our investigations accordingly.
 
Q. What kind of training do your members obtain?
A. There are several publications to be read, hands on equipment use, and actual investigation experience each new member must have before they are complete. It takes several months to a year.
 
Q. Do you investigate graveyards and other haunted places.
A. CSI does not routinely investigate graveyards or other places known to be haunted, unless requested by the owner. We are more of an on-call type group and has a strict rule about solicitation. CSI does not pay to investigate the public and novice locations.
 
Q. What would I experience if your team were to investigate my house?
A. CSI investigations include; interviews with our clients & other witnesses, research of the property, and we may bring in a specialist or clergy member depending on the seriousness of the case. CSI will spend hours (normally 6-8), most being overnight, the day of the investigation. Equipment will be set up and cover the entire location.
 
Q. The team appears to spend a lot of time on a case why don't you charge?
A. We ask, would you get a honest answer if someone charged? Our members have a passion and are interested in documenting paranormal activity. However we truly want to help people and this is the driving force when called upon.
 
Q. How long does it take for you to respond if I need help?
A. Our response is determined by the seriousness of the case. It could be as quick as 2 days or months depending on scheduling.

Q. Does your team do anything other than investigate the paranormal?
A. Yes. Some of our members are volunteers for the American Red Cross. We believe in being out and helping our community.

A. Some of our members are available to speak at events on request. There is no charge for the lecture either.
